STARTERS

Chefs freshly prepared cream of courgette, fennel & leek soup with a wild mushroom & thyme dumpling
Rosette of melon with champagne sorbet, pea shoots, king prawns and a strawberry vinaigrette
A warm spicy crab cake flavoured with garlic, ginger & spring onion served on sweet chilli jam topped with queenie scallops
A salad of plum tomato, feta cheese & olives with French beans, asparagus, chunks of ciabatta bread and a oregano & basil dressing

MAIN COURSE

Sirloin steak coated in French mustard, pan fried medium served with a shallot, mushroom, red wine & cognac meat glaze
Seabass fillet cooked En Papillote on crushed potatoes, julienne of vegetables with chervil, lemon, white wine & olive oil
Breast of chicken topped with a lemon & tarragon crust served on a sauce of white wine & creamed leeks with crispy pancetta
Rump of Lamb marinated in rosemary & thyme slowly roasted served with baby vegetables in a port meat glaze
Four cheese Ravioli tossed in sunblushed tomatoes, julienne of peppers and basil, finished with a light garlic cream, parmesan shavings served with bread
