With crushed chick pea and minted yoghurt dressing.

 

MAIN COURSE

Served on ratatouille with pancetta and coated in a shallot and merlot jus.

Breast of Chicken
Filled with sun blushed tomato, marscapone and basil pesto drizzled with a fresh herb olive oil.

Spinach Stuffed Monkfish Tail
Wrapped in parma ham with chorizo stock potatoes and lemon aioli.

Rack of British Lamb
With a rosemary and shallot crust with a cabernet and redcurrant reduction.

A Medley of Char Grilled Vegetables
With baby vine tomatoes presented in a filo pastry basket glazed with ricotta cheese and pesto dressing.
