Potato, Smoked Bacon & Rocket Soup
Served with warm fresh bread.

Parisienne of Chilled Melon
With fresh raspberries renched in a ginger syrup, spiked with kirsch and topped with refreshing fruit sorbet.

Parcels of Smoked Halibut
Filled with tiger prawns and whitby crab with a sundries tomato and sweet chilli dressing and celeriac crisps.

Chef's Game Terrine of Venison, Duck and Pistachio Nuts
With port jelly and toasted bread.

 

MAIN COURSE

Roast Sirloin of Beef
Coated in merlot and shallot jus.

Breast of Chicken
Filled with ricotta cheese, wrapped in parma ham served with a wild mushroom and chardonnay cream.

Lemon Sole Fillets
Filled with spinach and prawns presented on buttered leeks coated in a vermouth cream.

A Medley of Char Grilled Vegetables
With baby vine tomatoes presented in a filo pastry basket glazed with mozzarella cheese and pesto dressing.
